Private Khao Sok Day: Cheow Lan Lake by Longtail

Khao Sok National Park and Cheow Lan Lake lie a long drive north of Phuket, which is why most visitors book a large shared day trip. This version is private: a car and a longtail boat for your group alone, with a captain and a driver from the local area, and an itinerary built around the lake rather than around a coach schedule.

You choose between two departures. The early one leaves your hotel at 06:30 and reaches Khao Sok around 09:45, in time for a start on the lake at 10:15. The late one leaves at 10:30, reaches the park at about 13:45 and starts the boat tour at 14:30, so it finishes with a sunset on the lake and gets you back to Phuket around 22:15. The four-hour cruise passes limestone cliffs and the formations known as the Three Brothers, with a chance to see monkeys and wildlife along the shore.
