Booking Confirmation Process

Your confirmation
Upon completing your booking, you will receive an immediate confirmation email with your booking reference.
Your trip coordinator
Within 24 hours, your dedicated trip coordinator will contact you with full logistical details including meeting points, what to wear, and any preparation required. For private and custom experiences, your coordinator may call to discuss your preferences in more detail.
Before you travel
All confirmations are followed up with a 48-hour reminder.
