Cancellation Policy

Last updated 1 January 2025

Our approach

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our local operator partners, whose livelihoods depend on advance planning.

Standard cancellation terms

Cancellations made 60 or more days before travel: full refund of deposit paid, minus a £75 administration fee. Cancellations made 30–59 days before travel: 50% of the total booking value is retained. Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before travel: 100% of the total booking value is non-refundable. These terms apply unless specific operator terms are more favourable, in which case those apply.

How to cancel

All cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing [email protected] with your booking reference. Cancellations are effective from the date we receive your written request.

Force majeure

In the event of extraordinary circumstances — natural disasters, government travel advisories, or other events beyond reasonable control — we will work with you and our operators to find the most equitable solution, which may include travel credits, rebooking, or a partial refund.

Operator-specific terms

Certain experiences, particularly private overnight stays or multi-day itineraries, may carry stricter cancellation terms set by the operator. These will be clearly communicated before booking confirmation.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation cover. We are happy to recommend trusted providers upon request.
