2. Bookings and Enquiries
All bookings made through Excurze are subject to availability and operator confirmation. A booking is only confirmed when you receive a written confirmation from our team and the required deposit has been received. We act as an agent between you and the local experience operator. The operator's own terms and conditions also apply.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on this website are indicative and subject to change. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking. Prices are typically quoted per person and in GBP unless otherwise stated. Exchange rates and seasonal surcharges may apply.
4. Payments
A deposit of 30% is typically required to secure a booking, with the balance due 60 days prior to travel. For bookings made within 60 days of the travel date, full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including editorial articles, photography, and brand assets, is the property of Excurze Ltd or its licensed contributors. Reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Excurze acts in good faith to present accurate information. We are not liable for changes made by operators, force majeure events, or losses arising from travel disruption beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the booking in question.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
